We are a community of 300 parcel owners working together to keep our roads passable all year. Your annual contribution helps fund grading, gravel, snow removal, and general road maintenance.

About Us Section

Section 31 is a private land community consisting of approximately 300 parcels. As a group of landowners, we collectively maintain the dirt roads that provide essential access to all properties.

Every year, road maintenance fees are collected to cover: 

Road grading and leveling
Gravel replenishment
Drainage improvements
Snow plowing and winter access
General upkeep and repairs

These roads are the only way in and out for many owners. Your timely contribution ensures safe, year-round access for everyone in our community.

Section 31 Community Updates

This is our community bulletin board. Here the Road Maintenance Coordinator posts important updates, road conditions, upcoming work, photos of completed maintenance, and any notices relevant to all landowners.

Road Grading Completed – April 2026

Owners with small tractors need to be sure you do not push any of the road material off the road into the bar ditches or even up the other side. Do NOT BLADE if the road is muddy or frozen. We appreciate any assistance we can get from you guys, as it helps with our costs.

Winter Snow Plowing Schedule

The section on Winter Snow Plowing Schedule – there is no schedule – we only blade once the snow reaches 6” to 8”. Again, we only blade the five main roads.
