About Us
Section 31 is a private land community consisting of approximately 300 parcels. As a group of landowners, we collectively maintain the dirt roads that provide essential access to all properties.
Every year, road maintenance fees are collected to cover:
- Road grading and leveling
- Gravel replenishment
- Drainage improvements
- Snow plowing and winter access
- General upkeep and repairs
These roads are the only way in and out for all owners. Your timely contribution ensures safe, year-round access for everyone in our community.
