Facilities Management Director

As a Facilities Management Director I have overseen the safe, sustainable, and efficient operation of buildings and infrastructure, managing maintenance teams, budgets, security, and vendor contracts. I have lead strategic planning for repairs, capital projects, and regulatory compliance ISO 45001 (OSHA, HVAC, fire safety) to ensure a productive environment for commuters at GCM.

Key Construction and Structural Details

Operations & Maintenance

Directing daily maintenance, including all Erecting, MEPs, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and all Building systems.

Strategic Planning & Budgeting

Developing annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and improvements.

Team Leadership

Managing staff, assigning work orders, PMs, new work and fostering a culture of safety and safe working environment.

Compliance & Safety

Ensuring adherence to OSHA, EPA, and local building codes.

Vendor Management

Creating RFP, Negotiating Sub- contracts for services like security, cleaning, and third party inspections.

Capital Projects

Overseeing major renovations, new construction, and building upgrades on over 1 million sq feet of new York city at 72 locations across GCM.
